Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Still Hour, a Wear OS watch face by Vareq, handles information. Still Hour does not send your step count or other watch face data to us. It does not require an account.
Information used on your watch
Still Hour uses the current time, your device's time format and time zone settings, and the step count provided by Wear OS to display the watch face. The step count is also used for the optional shoe icon animation. Day and night backgrounds and the sun or moon position are based on the time, not your geographic location.
This processing takes place on your watch through the Wear OS watch face system. Still Hour does not maintain a separate activity history or upload this information to a server. Watch face preferences may be retained by Wear OS.
No advertising or tracking
Still Hour contains no advertising, analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs. The watch face has no internet permission and does not collect location, contacts, payment details, or advertising identifiers. We do not sell or share your watch face data.
Purchases and platform services
Google Play processes purchases and may provide developers with order records and sales reports. Still Hour does not process payments or receive your card details. Google Play, Wear OS, and your device manufacturer's services operate under their own privacy policies. This policy does not describe their independent processing.
Retention and deletion
We do not hold a server-side copy of your step count or watch face preferences. You can stop the watch face from using device data by switching watch faces or uninstalling Still Hour. Uninstalling Still Hour does not delete activity records maintained independently by Wear OS or other health services; manage those records through the relevant service.
If you contact us, we use the information you voluntarily provide to respond to your request. We retain support correspondence only as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable legal obligations. You may request deletion of that correspondence. Purchase records provided by Google Play may be retained where needed for refunds, accounting, or legal obligations.
This privacy policy website
This page does not include analytics scripts, advertising, forms, or cookies set by us. When hosted on Vercel, the hosting provider may process standard request information, such as IP address and browser information, to deliver and secure the page. This website traffic is separate from information displayed by the watch face. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
Children's privacy
Still Hour does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support request, please contact us so we can address it.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if our data practices change and revise the date above.
